# Code Sense Studio

> Code Sense Studio is a small software studio in Lisbon, Portugal (legal entity: Code Sense Studios OÜ, registered in Estonia). It designs and builds web apps, internal tools and websites for small businesses and product teams, and runs software products of its own.

## What the studio does
- Web applications for small businesses and product teams, designed and built end to end.
- Internal tools and back offices: CRMs, booking, scheduling, payments, stock and reporting.
- Websites for businesses, priced per project.
- OutSystems development: features, integrations, platform upgrades, and moves from OutSystems to React or NestJS.
- Mobile apps with React Native and Expo.

## Who it works with
Clients and collaborators in Portugal, Indonesia and Germany. Clients talk directly to the engineer building their product.

## How an engagement works
1. A short call about what is needed and whether the studio is the right fit.
2. A small demo first, to check the direction before anyone commits.
3. A price for the project as a whole, with the scope written down.
4. Changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately.

## Values
- Useful software for businesses of every size, built together with the people who will use it.
- Good ideas can come from anyone at the table; clients and collaborators come from different countries.
- Plain communication: a demo before a contract, a clear price, no surprises.

## Own products
- [Ombar Suite](https://ombar-suite.com): management software for dive shops (bookings, payments, equipment, staff, customers). Live with 2 dive shops and about 2,000 bookings a month.
- Tendril: an internal sales CRM built for the Ombar sales team (not public).

## Demo apps (fictional businesses, built end to end by the studio)
